Members of the Johnson County Commission on Aging (COA) and staff from the Area Agency on Aging participated in Older Kansans Day March 8 in Topeka. The event, organized by the Kansas Area Agency on Aging Association, reminded Kansas legislators of the funding necessary to support community-based services that help seniors live safely and independently in their own homes.
