To the Editor:

Thank you for letting us know that Leonard Porter, World War II bomber pilot of B-24s, was speaking at Corinth Library Sept. 22. What an amazing career Leonard had with the Army Air Corps, U.S. Air Force, and an airline.

We are grateful to those brave men and women for their service to our country.
