Senior Wellness Screening Clinics |
Free senior wellness screenings for adults 60 and older will include a 30-second test to determine your risk of falling, and individual prevention education with a Health Department nurse to improve your ability to stay healthy and injury free. Bring a list of your medications. Participants will receive a free book and an exercise band. No appointment is necessary; walk-ins are accepted. For further information, call 913-477-8333. Partial funding is provided by the Johnson County Area Agency on Aging, and donations are accepted. |
