Korea, Army; 534th Transportation Company, 64th Battalion, attached to Marines, Private First Class, Truck Driver and Mechanic, Pusan to Seoul to 38th parallel, served 1948-51; four Battle Stars.
Buell Hoyt BUELL HOYT
Overland Park
Cold War Pre-Vietnam, Army Special Services; Stateside, 325th Base Post Office, Sergeant, played baseball on Army base team at Fort Leonard Wood; served six years active and reserves.
Dwight Borger DWIGHT BORGER
Lenexa
Cold War, Army; Stateside, Corporal,
maintained Hercules missiles at training site,
Fort Bliss, Texas, served 1957-60.

Cold War, Army; Panama, Germany, Pentagon, Company Commander in 1st, 25th Division, Executive Officer in 125th Signal Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel, served 1972-93.

Cold War, Pre-Vietnam, Army Medical Corps; Stateside, E5, Medical Lab Technician at Yuma Proving Grounds, served 1961-63.

World War II, Marines; Pacific, Corporal, Machine Gunner, Guadalcanal, lst Marine Division D-Day Tarawa, 5th Marine Division D-Day Iwo Jima, injured D+21, one year in hospital, one of two in squad to survive.

World War II, Army Air Corps; Major, Engineering Officer, on several bases in Aleutian Islands, 28th Composite Group, 11th Air Force, also 4th Air Force Headquarters, in Aleutians on Dec. 7, 1941.
