AARP Tax-Aide seeks Spanish-speaking volunteers

Can you speak Spanish? Would you like to make a difference in Johnson County's Latino community? If so, there's a great need for bilingual volunteers to help Spanish-speaking taxpayers prepare and file their returns. The site will be the Johnson County Oak Park Library, 9500 Bluejacket, Overland Park.

Prospective volunteers should have basic computer skills and the personal drive to become proficient with new tax-return preparation software. Volunteers do not need to be an AARP member or retiree to participate. They will receive free tax training and be reimbursed for qualified program-related expenses.
